owner Welcome to the website of Richard Leistra. Currently I am working on several offshore vessels worldwide.

My previous jobs all related to maritime business,
   =>    1983 Started as an engineer at the Dutch Royal Navy
   =>    1988 Merchant Marine as Engineer various companies
   =>    1989 Merchant Marine as Captain various companies

From that time on I continued into Towage, Dredging and Offshore related companies.

   =>   1998/2001 Owned ocean going tug
   =>   2002 Captain onboard of Svitzer Wijsmuller vessels
          * Anchor handling
          * Long haul towage
          * Offshore installation works
          * Harbour towage
          * Towmaster during salvage operations
   =>    2006 Region Marine Superintendent in the Middle            East for an international operating company.
   => 2007 Contract Manager at ST. Eustatius, Dutch Antilles
